Always love staying here. We consider it more for grown-ups and not necessarily families because of the smaller room sizes but families could enjoy it. The hot tub and pool area is the best!! Plus the location is perfect
Really enjoyed hot tub. Would have used pool in warmer weather, but a very lovely area. Comfy bed, liked the room.
Older hotel with some upgrades. Elevator could be upgraded.
The location is perfect- just close enough to downtown but far enough from the crowds and parking. The amenities were good, especially the pool and the outdoor seating area. I just wish the restaurant would have been open (closed due to short staffing). One of the downsides was the cleanliness- the floors (especially in the bathroom) were pretty disgusting. The other downside was the breakfast. It was one of the craziest dining experiences I've ever had. First off, when we walked up there was a sign blocking the entrance but we couldn't find anyone. Finally, an extremely rude girl came over and took our payment. The quality of food was decent- but only if it were a complimentary breakfast. It was not worth $6.99 AT ALL. She also added almost $4.00 gratuity which was hilarious. She literally sat a table sleeping the entire time we were there. People kept coming up to the counter to pay and she would huff and puff and get mad every time she had to get up. One guy got sick of waiting for her so he came back to get a cup of coffee and she just sat there at a table and said "You musta not read my sign" then proceeded to argue with him. And every single table in the room was filthy dirty and the floors were absolutely disgusting too. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and would come back. I would just avoid eating there!
They were very professional, had good service. ?
Friendly staff, quite location despite being near the highway. Would be 5 stars, but the room was a bit worn, though I have had another room there that was better in the past.
Busy location but order was pretty quick.
